Hello and Welcome!
I’m Taylor! I am a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI) and a trauma-focused and attachment-based therapist. I am also a husband, and a father to two young boys. These roles and my role as a therapist bring me tremendous purpose and joy each day, and they continue to teach me my greatest life lessons. But the roles of being a dad, a husband, a son, a family member, a working professional, and simply a person in this vast and complicated world, also challenge me immensely. Life can be tough. I experience stress, insecurity, anxiety, grief, and sadness, just like the clients I work with. So, you are not alone! I too feel like a constant work in progress, seeking contentment, striving for positive change, joy, and a sense of fulfillment. And I miss my mark often. I, too, am not perfect.

However, I am fortunate to have an education and an understanding of what it takes to more readily accept personal limitations and insecurities, to find contentment within, and to find peace in being imperfect. It is my privilege to guide others in this pursuit. In doing this work I am compassionate and curious with clients, so that they can achieve self-confidence and self-belief, to access their authentic Self and bring forth love and understanding to the world and their relationships. My life experience and my work with clients is about creating a lived appreciation for this precious life, and I cherish sharing this process with others, to promote healing, growth, and living more fully! I work with individuals, couples, families, adults, and adolescents who are encountering hardship, in need of help, and seeking healing and positive change in their life.
A Journey... begins with a single step.

Successful therapy begins with finding a therapist that is capable of addressing your specific needs, while enabling you to feel safe, supported, and guided in doing your work.

I happily offer and suggest a free 15-minute phone call to prospective clients, so that we can get to know each other, and together, we can decide if we’re a good fit for one another. I view the therapeutic relationship as a partnership; an active collaboration between client and therapist that is formed to help navigate and guide the client through the difficulties they are encountering. My goal is to validate and understand clients, to meet them with empathy, compassion, and non-judgment, allowing them to share their full life experience with me. Call or fill out the form below. Once submitted, I will be in touch within 24 business hours.
